The best magnetic metal holder designed for the textile industry
In all facilities using fiber in production and transporting it with vacuum air, it is essential to separate both metal and non-metal elements mixed into the fiber. For this purpose, metal detectors, heavy part and colored fiber catchers, and magnets are commonly used in the industry. Our device KEDI, patented in 1994 and introduced to serve the textile industry, ensures seamless separation of metal and non-metal materials within fibrous materials.
Our device is available in various models depending on whether it is equipped with electric or natural magnets, the pulling power of the natural magnet used, and whether the chamber where non-metal elements are collected is emptied manually or automatically.
- With electromagnetic magnets: SMT63500 – SMT64500
- With natural magnets (neodymium): PMT63500 – PMT64500
- With manually emptied debris chamber: SMT63500 – PMT63500
- With automatically emptied debris chamber: SMT64500 – PMT64500
- Super-strengthened model: PMTE63500 – PMTE64500
PMT 63500-PMTE 63500
SMT 63500
PMT 64500-PMTE 64500
SMT 64500
Our automatic discharge metal holders feature a waste chamber located at the bottom, where waste materials fall. The automatic heavy part and debris chamber is emptied under the control of a PLC unit, eliminating the need for the operator to clean it. The operator only collects the metals captured on the magnet.
In our device, seeds, stones, and heavy parts are separated along with metals by falling into the chamber through vanes that create a turbulence trap.
